It's a request form for a fee waiver (or submit a written request).
You should submit a Waivers Fee Form to get access to justice when your not able to pay out of pocket.
Everyone has equal access to justice.
For your child support case files based on a demonstrated inability to pay.
You should request your child support case files from the county courthouse clerk using a Waivers Fee Form and they will not charge you 25 cents per copy.
Ask your clerk at the court house for a Waivers Fee Form when you don't want to pay out of pocket for files.
Fill it out and say you don't have any money in all the blanks. Ex: zeros 0
Your not lying by saying this because the united states is broke and don't have any gold or silver which this is REAL MONEY BY WHAT "GOD" "THE MOST HIGH SAYS"
